Improved
- Improved recording frame-rate accuracy on Windows and support for frame-rate changes during capture on macOS and Windows.
- Reduced annotation preview cache memory use and kept pinned-image toolbar actions reachable on narrow screens.
Fixed
- Fixed black patches and incomplete coverage in Gaussian Mosaic strokes on high-DPI displays.
- Fixed selection resizing, aspect-ratio locking, and pointer-release handling near screen edges, while preserving window metadata and cross-screen captures in history.
- Fixed gaps when erasing quickly, arrowhead placement and hit testing, overlapping annotation handles, and whitespace and layout preservation when editing text.
- Fixed custom canvas color persistence, color-wheel accuracy, step badge toggle synchronization, and copying current pinned-image information.
- Prevented uniquely named image saves from overwriting existing files, preserved normal output permissions, and corrected filename counters and long Unicode filenames on Linux.
- Fixed microphone permission timing and device-loss handling, recording audio capability checks, and recording tooltips appearing in macOS captures.
- Fixed Windows recording preview replay after seeking to the end while paused, improved preview shutdown, and removed temporary recordings when discarding previews.
- Fixed oversized Windows OCR input and capture-exclusion compatibility on older Windows versions.
- Fixed CLI pin placement and image loading, invalid capture arguments, and installation failure handling; Linux CLI clipboard images now remain available after the command exits.
- Fixed Linux cursor rendering during drags and required a compatible X11 session and Qt backend.
- Fixed dialog modality and prevented conflicting capture actions from history.
Removed
- Removed the Share URL image-upload feature and its related controls.
