SnapTray Release Notes
SnapTray 1.0.60

Improved
- Improved recording, trimming, GIF/WebP conversion, and file replacement so media failures stop cleanly without overwriting or losing the original recording.
- Improved Pin auto-blur and annotation transforms so results stay aligned after resizing, rotating, or flipping an image, and stale detections are discarded when the image changes.
- Improved capture and Pin interactions so releasing the pointer over floating controls still completes active drags without triggering unintended tool actions.
Fixed
- Fixed SnapTray occasionally hanging during shutdown, which could block relaunches and in-app updates after the menu bar icon disappeared.
- Fixed eraser and crop history so interrupted eraser strokes restore removed items and undo/redo remains consistent.
- Fixed pencil and marker hit testing and repaint bounds so erasing and redraws follow the visible curved stroke accurately.
- Fixed capture and recording reliability across mixed-scale displays and during macOS and Windows capture or audio thread shutdown.
- Fixed Windows recording previews so playback can restart after reaching the end, while preserving window-type detection fallbacks.
- Fixed QR code scanning for RGB images and hid unsupported Pin click-through controls on Linux.
Removed
- Removed CLI recording commands; recordings now start only from the tray menu or recording hotkey.
